Thank you for taking some time to learn a bit about me.

I am a poly-practioner, living in Rhode Island with my wife, kid and our dog, Rye. 

"What is a poly-practitioner," you may be asking yourself? Well, I think I made-up the term.

I run an organizational engagement consultancy, Butterfly Benefits.

I am a licensed health insurance broker, providing businesses in R.I. & Mass. with commercial health insurance and related benefits services, and I help enroll eligible individuals in the best Medicare options for them.

I serve on a range of community boards and committees, and am a former non-profit founder and elected official.

I have been fortunate to have had a diverse career in the private, non-profit and public sectors. Through this broad exposure, I have gained deep, cross-functional experience that enables me to succeed wearing many hats, as either a team player and as an individual contributor.

Put simply, I am a poly-practitioner.
